🎧 2 stories ⭐ Unmissable

A series of seven waterfalls nestled in the lush vegetation of the west-centre of the island, reached by a hike crossing rivers, natural pools and tropical forest.
Practical hiking information:

🧭 Guide: recommended for the full route to the top; the first pools and the 3rd waterfall are manageable alone on a marked trail
👶 Children: the first pools are accessible to children used to walking on uneven ground (minimum recommended age generally 10); the full route is not recommended for young children (rocky, slippery sections)
⏱️ Round-trip duration: 3 to 4h for a typical half-day; up to 5h to explore all the falls in a full day
📊 Difficulty: easy to moderate depending on the section — hiking shoes compulsory, slippery trail

Did you know?

The Tamarin River, which feeds these waterfalls, rises on the central plateau and historically watered the area’s farmland. The site stayed off the radar for a long time before being added to organised hiking routes — today, the route’s most impressive waterfall is especially spectacular during the rainy season, from November to April.
